In relation to Fintech products, I decided
to create an app that has control over your own personal spending without
having to check your balance every five minutes to see if you’re okay to be
doing so.
The app will link have the ablity to link
to your online banking account or you can put in a monthly allowance for yourself.
the app will then generate down to a weekly and daily basis to let you know
exactly how much you have been spending and when your money is running low for
the day, not letting you overspend on your budget.
The app is perfect for people looking for
help to budget making it fun and interactive.
User Scenario :
Name: Jess
Age: 18
Occupation: Student
Jess is a university student who has just
moved out of home for the first time, when recommended this app to help her
budget her money she thought it would be good for her due to her over spending
habits and struggling to save. Before Jess left for uni her parents gave her
£500 budget for the month which she used the app Spender to give her a
breakdown of exactly how much she has a week. The app generated that she has £125
a week and £17.85 a day. With this information Jess acknowledge she needed to
be smart with her money and done a food shop to start. When at the till paid
with her shopping she was told it is £20, paying with the app gave her the notification
